Since January 1st, 2001, "Le Grand Besançon" City Community has been the Transport Organizing Authority on the area of the 58 towns which are part of it. Its concerns have always been to enable you to travel under the best conditions preserving the quality of life and the environment.

Welcome on our buses!
58 towns served from Mondays to Saturdays from 6 am till 8.30 pm and Sundays only in Besançon by 54 bus lines and 2 tramlines.
Tramlines 1 and 2 work from 5 am till 1am from Mondays to Saturdays and from 5.30 am till
1 am on Sundays and on Public Holidays
Bus lines 3, 4, 5 and 6 work from 5.30 am till 1 am (till 10.30 pm for line 6) from Mondays to Saturdays and from 6 am till 1 am on Sundays and on Public Holidays
Tickets can be purchased on buses and at the tram station vending machines

At your arrival at Viotte SNCF Railway station
In front of the hall door railway station are located the bus stops and tram stations which enable you to travel everywhere in Besançon.
Buses and tramways are running approximately every 10 minutes
You can reach the City centre in less than 8 minutes.
